With the long hot summer in the Macquarie Marshes we will be glad to reopen on Saturday the 1st of March 2025. We look forward to catching up with new and returning campers!
We are offering bush star accommodation at Willie Retreat - Macquarie Marshes. Situated in the Macquarie Marshes this is a great spot for bird watching, star gazing or just getting out into the bush.

Wow, what a fab camp we had. Booked for three nights - stayed five. Very clean bathrooms. Portable water from the tank near the old shearer's quarters. Terrific birding onsite and locally. Thanks so much Leanne and Niki. Love your work guys. We'll be back with birding friends in Spring '25. Ps whilst there also check out Macquarie Marshes Kayak and Marsh tours with Bron.
